Rest Day


Got to love the rest day.  Give you time to catch up the things you've been neglecting.... like breathing.

    A client came in today and did a baseline workout. Halfway through the sit ups he visited pukie the clown.

    I have to give him credit. While must people at a globo gym would have bailed, he didn't. Once he got the demons out and false tooth in he finished the workout.

    That's the Warrior Spirit!!
