    spirt x100feet
    backwards run x 100feet

    3 times instead of 100m. (lack of room)

    Other then breaking up the run as Rx'd.

    Word of warning, if you do this watch the box jumps after running backwards you legs don't work as intended. I almost fell over when I went to jump.
