What are your thoughts on training with a cold? I found that it's better to take a few days off. The intensity sends the immune system into crash mode. Thoughts?

Running is a weak point for me. While it has inproved leaps and bounds it is by no means where I want it to be. Then again, my fitness in general is not where I want it to be, if it was I wouldn't be doing CrossFit!!
I want a rematch with the fish! Let's do some heavy deadlifts!

What's the worst that could happen...it could hurt, and i could lose. Haha no new territory there, lets do it!
