  2. What are your thoughts on training with a cold? I found that it's better to take a few days off. The intensity sends the immune system into crash mode. Thoughts?

    Take a few days off. Lots of fluids and 10gm of vit C a day

    It was balls to the wall and I loved every second of it.

    Running is a weak point for me. While it has inproved leaps and bounds it is by no means where I want it to be. Then again, my fitness in general is not where I want it to be, if it was I wouldn't be doing CrossFit!!
