  1. Just want to know what you guys thing about this. I've always had DOMS within 24hrs of a hard WOD. Nothing special there. The wierd thing is I'm starting to see it show up now at 36 to 48 hrs after a tough WOD. Is that a good thing or a bad thing? Or...am I just doing more damage than I used to?

  2. What do you do for cool down, are you stretching? how's your quality and duration of sleep? What's your diet like?

  3. No stretching, No Cool down, no time... just a little warm up to start ala G Amundson. Sleep is about 6-7hrs avg. Diet is 80% paleo zone with no restriction on dairy + about 5g a day of fish oil. Body weight has gone from 215 (oct 08) to 193 (oct 09) and current BF is at 12-13%. Diet is slightly ketogenic and tend to snack on extra fat (mostly nuts).

  4. Me no count blocks any more! But I would say I'm on the low side for my size. Probably 17 to 19. I see some guys doing 25 blocks...I don't know how that is possible. It's a lot of food. Must be going for 70's big...www.70sbig.com check it...pretty funny.
