  1. Deadlift: Maxed out at 345, and set a new PR. Bailed at 350, but i got it off the ground.

  2. That picture was my lift at 470, setting my new PR. It was also the last PR on the dead lift I am going for for a while.

    My form on that lift was horrid. So I broke down todays dead lifts into 5 sets of 5. Not going above 300 focusing purely on form.
