  2. 6:07 had to also switch to bar pullups as my false grip failed me.

    21 and 9 of the Thrusters were unbroken.
    broke the 15 down to 10 and 5.

    The ring pull ups were just plain evil. I didn't use the false grip because my wrists are bruised and scabbed.

    My last PR on normal fran was just over 8. So if it was on a bar. I think I would have crushed it.
